The Nov. 1 inspections table in this paper ended on an open question. Three county inspections in the last week of October were recorded as “Emergency order recommended,” and whether any license was actually ordered closed was a row in a weekly state file that had not posted. The file has posted. All three were ordered closed.

The Emergency Order of Suspension weekly extract for the week ending Nov. 1, 2026 carries 30 populated rows statewide, dated Oct. 26 through Oct. 30, and three of them are St. Johns County licenses. Every row carries “Yes” in the column the state heads “Approved for Closure.” The rows are printed below with the state’s own column labels. The file records dates as day numbers and times as fractions of a day; they are converted here to calendar dates and clock times and nothing else about the rows is changed.

The Terra & Acqua row carries nothing in the “Date of order to vacate” and “Time approve to re-opened” columns. That is what the file shows as of the week ending Nov. 1. It is not a statement that the restaurant is closed today: the inspection file of Nov. 1 recorded an “Emergency Order Callback Not Complied” at that license on Oct. 29, and any later row belongs to a later weekly extract. What the next extract carries for license 6502009 will be reported when it posts.

The Main St Pizza & Ice Cream row is the second closure row for license 6502545 in eight days. The prior weekly extract, reported with the Nov. 1 table, recorded the same license approved to close at 14:13 on Oct. 21 on rodent activity, with an order to vacate dated Oct. 22 and a reopening time of 10:55.

The department’s inspection file recorded the three underlying visits on Oct. 26, 27 and 28, at 21, 7 and 4 total violations. The department states that an inspection is a snapshot of conditions present at the time of the inspection and that establishments are not graded or rated.
